These
are one bedroom self catering facilities which are available for monthly
rental on long and short term basis. The chalets are located in close
proximity to the Guest House. Presently there are two completed chalets,
both of which are occupied. The bigger chalet is rented out unfurnished at E 2205.00
per month, excluding electricity costs. Rentals for the smaller chalets
are furnished at E 2205.00 per month. The third chalet will be completed shortly.
Our company objective over the next two years is to construct three additional
chalets. In anticipation of the 2010 Soccer World Cup, the company intends
to construct several bush lodges which will be scattered over the 2.5
hectare property. Both the Bar and Beer Garden and General Dealer which
are situated in close proximity to the Guest House are for rental, leases
are for 12 months, renewable. Presently both facilities are rented out.
Monthly rentals are E3,000.00 for the Bar and Beer Garden and E2,000.00
for the General Dealer, excluding electricity costs. Our company also
offers Maintenance and Construction Services located in Nsoko, with branches
in Mbabane, the capital city and Manzini, which is centrally located in
the Kingdom and is referred to as the Hub of Swaziland.
